Mental health services are offered through our partnership with Journeys Counseling Ministry.
Your first 10 sessions (45-50 minutes) are at no-cost to you. After 10 continuous sessions your scholarship needs will be assessed and your fee set in a range of $3 to $75. Please understand there may be a waitlist for mental health services. It is our goal to provide you with a therapist as soon as possible, which can take from 1 week to 1 month.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need immediate support, call 988, the San Diego Access and Crisis Line (ACL). ACL serves as the local crisis call center and is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, confidentially and free of charge.
No-cost therapy services are available to address relationships, anxiety, depression, reproductive loss, parenting concerns, and sexual health situations.
